As Required By Law or to Avert a Threat to Public Safety
"We will disclose health information about you when required to do so by federal, state, or local law. or example, if we reasonable suspect child abuse, we are required by law to report it to the Child Protective Services Agency. We may also disclose information about you when necessary to prevent a serious threat to your health and safety, or to the health and safety of the public or another person. A disclosure would only be to someone we believe would be able to prevent the threat or harm from happening."

This seems pretty cool. Has the Wellness Center approved Copilot?
The Wellness Center staff member has been working with the administration to sort out the liabilities behind Copilot operating at Gunn. I'll check in with her again next week. The bureaucracy is slow, but it's understandable.
