Griffin: @sophiemondel Sorry for the delay, I'm attempting to reproduce what youre experiencing but I'm unable to. What version of MC are you running? Do you have any mods? Can you send me your latest.log file after trying to log in? (Type %appdata%/.minecraft/logs/ in your file explorer URL bar)
