Gateway should help process tombstone requests

As a provider I want to make sure that I correctly unpin tombstoned content in IPFS .

When a tombstone request that an internal user is making, I should:

  • Unpin content JSON in IPFS not used by any other users
  • Unpin assets in IPFS not used by any other users
  • Have a way to react such that I can also remove content/assets stored elsewhere (S3, etc...) not used by other users
