Encrypt messages to the user if a PGP key is provided

Or perhaps just the verify link is encrypted. hell, maybe offer a verify link encrypted and an unencrypted verify link that removes the key from the node.

@rschulman opened a PR (#165) for this. I think it's safe to close this for the time being since (even though it hasn't yet been pulled in yet) it just needs to be tested and then pulled in. If you think otherwise, feel free to reopen it again!
