Messages do not include the node it was sent through

Emails sent through NodeAtlas do not include the specific node that the message was sent to. For people with multiple nodes, this could possibly create confusion and make it slightly more difficult to establish contact with an interested party.
The footer of the message could be changed to read, "because your node, , is listed on..."
