support calling custom exchange funciton like: atomicSwap

We would like to support collateral swap, which means that we cannot use conduit & TokenTransfer. Instead we need to call a 3rd party swap function called collateralSwap.

This seems donable in wyvern but not possible in seaport. Is there a way to achieve this in seaport?
