[x] bug report => Not able to add mail setting

Step/s to reproduce issue
Go to mailsetting of any functionality and try to add mail setting then it will throw an error of

POST https://promactslack.azurewebsites.net/api/mailsetting 500 (Internal Server Error)

This is happening because md2-chip is behaving weird for autocomplete mode

Will use ng2-tag-Input instead of md2-chip

Changes in : mail setting and group

Integrate ng2-tag-Input but it also have same issue as md2-chip .

Now will integrate angular-material2
