Not sure where else to go - Tg is no help, neither is the UI. Can't even find my profile or it's status.

Tg groups keep referring me to other Tg groups to sift through codes and lists and miles of messages and diagrams and a million random comments. I love the concept, but this is a very, very difficult UI/UX to navigate for a non-programmer. Is it only meant for insiders? I would hope not, but why isn't it designed to guide the user through instead of sending them through multiple apps, websites, articles, and no actual help on tap. It needs a chat help function like Web2, where someone doesn't just reply in multiple day increments to each of the many issues that come up for people during the onboarding process. I wait days for a response that is not helpful, and they're gone.
One person needs to help one person at a time, all the way through. Then the UI really just needs to be scrapped and rebuilt by different people because if they could envision what people go through, it wouldn't look like this. If it requires multiple help channels for each of the steps in the process, tutorials all over the place (that don't answer the problem I'm having), explainer articles... it simply wasn't designed properly.
Not trying to be rude, but I'm at least 4-5 hours into trying to figure this out and it just shouldn't be this hard. It's an incredibly disjointed process with no continuity.

It's clear from my Tg chat that PoH isn't interested in the UX, new people, expanding, or constructive criticism. It's also a fail IMO that you require money to sign up, money to get UBI. People with money don't need UBI!! People who have tech skills can earn it!
