"ScreenshotOnError" and "VideoRecordingOnError" app config settings displaying in Galio report

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a test with an error
  2. Add the following app config file keys: (I only had one value "turned on" when testing)
3. Run test 4. Open Galio report of failed test 5. Observe that the screenshot/video recording of the error displays in Galio despite the config option(s) being turned off.

It looks like the VideoRecordingOnError setting is functioning (when I set it to false there was no video attachment).
