Sometimes (?) site generation does not correctly generate spanish version of About page

The issue goes away if the site is rebuilt clearing cache

Noting that this is the only page that has two separate content sources for English ans Spanish; one easy way to fix is to consolidate the content into a single json file, like all others. A side benefit is consistency with all other pages.
