wrong bitlen in 26 bit

Hello to every one
I build a hid reader that read 125khz card
it work well in all type of card
but in 26bit card it said its 27bit len !!!?!??!?!??!?!
but the others data about this card is true
just have wrong bitlen
what's is the problem????
