Unable to generate world [1.3.2.1]

Happens at 11%, Chiseling marble.

Can't confirm this particularly, but world creation seems to stop at 24%. This was tested on both the last (1.3.1.1) release and the current build. I've waited 5 minutes but nothing happened. Cannot guarantee it always happens, but it did happen the last 3-4 times I tried.
