'Program Audio' embed type

To ensure that a program is always properly applied to a piece of audio for analytics tracking (and to ensure there are no backdoors), we need to create the new embed type called 'Program Audio'.

Notes:

• It would have the same functionality as the generic 'Audio' container but with 2 additional fields.
  • The first is 'Program' (typeahead).
  • The second would be 'Audio type' where you can select either 'episode' or 'segment'.
  • These two fields should be pre-populated when uploaded into a story or episode.
  • The two fields would be used to generate the URL of the MP3 file.
• In the embed list, this should be listed ahead of 'audio'
• Program audio can still be pulled from a URL.
