tmux only allowing for <245 windows

Attempting to open a window after there are more than 245 or so results in an error. This is not an error with Docker as you can spawn more containers at this point. If we want to test the system into the greater hundreds or thousands of nodes, will will have to reconfigure tmux or try a different approach.
