Travis, CodeCov and GitHub release badges images are broken

Looks like links to these images are broken, possibly just a changed URL somewhere

We need in login and password for https://github.com/PulseTile/ and https://github.com/LeedsCC/ to set these buttons. Because Travis use login and password the same for Github.

We checked possibility to solve this issue for my repository:

The issue isnt with login access, its with the change in URL as @pacharanero suggested
ie the readme file here has links that points to;
https://travis-ci.org/ PulseTile/PulseTile-React , not PulseTile-React-Core, PulseTile-React-Plus etc
and so needs adjusting accordingly

The badges now show as 'unknown' or 'repo not found' which again suggests a misconfigured setup/URL
