Auto-revival in dungeons

When I die in a dungeon, YesAlready automatically accepts the system's pop-up to revive and TP me back to the start of the dungeon.

I tried unchecking all of the boxes in the Bothers tab, as well as removing all of my custom Yes/No and Lists prompts, but none of them stop the auto-rez. Currently the only way I can get around this is by (temporarily) disabling the plugin - if I remember to do so.

Finally found the culprit after a complete wipe and reinstall.

Using /Enter .*?/ in the Yes/No list is what accepted the auto revive.
