Describe the bug
Secario setup with Esther Ashblade 5, but helper only has up through 4.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to scenario 114 with 4 characters and random standee assignment set. If Aesther Ashblade or scout number greater than 4 show, bug has been reproduced.
