Proper fullscreen mode, custom apps through iframe and launchpad/spotlight

Make the fullscreen mode actually go fullscreen, then also hide the dock and menu bar with a clean swipe animation. Also, allow other web apps to become these apps through pull requests and they can use iframes to implement them as proper apps! To launch these custom apps, a keyboard shortcut should be used to open spotlight search (ALT/CTRL+SPACE) and/or add a launchpad into the dock to open these custom apps. This will also create a proper use case for the app store that is sat there as a useless design feature otherwise.
