On archive server/archivechannel/etc... split embeds into multople different embeds of <6K size

~addccommand etc also suffer from this issue. Could be failing gracefully

Changing Priority to high. it's blocking multiple relevant important commands now.

what i want to eventually do for list pins (and other stuff that is "list a bunch of stuff and put it onto an embed") based on what i've seen is like do a menu tho where we can show a few at a time with previews and then have arrows that we can use to go left/right between different pages
