Do we need ~huntlion?
Also, bot will have to need changes to always change ownership to TA account when making sheets.
Also, how hardcoded do we want it

Same goes for anything that clones any spreadsheet, because we also have ~clonelion and ~clonetemplatelion which will have the same issues

Temporarily diabled these commands from user-facing side in 7137327. Will re-enable or delete as necessary post discussing
~template will also fall in same category
