2.5.1 Prohibition Against Processing That Depends on Access Speed

The application must not malfunction if operating at the upper or lower limits of the access speed range for which operation is guaranteed.
Test Method
Start the application from a disc.
Play through all modes of the application from beginning to end.
Start the application from system NAND memory and perform step 2.
Start the application from a Nintendo-specified USB storage drive and perform step 2.
Pass/Fail Determination
Passes if, in step 2, no fatal bugs (such as lock-ups) arise in application progress.
Software to Be Tested
All applications.
