I wanted to ask what's up with synchronizing event and tracking data together, I saw that there was issues and even pull request for merging those data, but I can't find it in code. Is there any chance that this feature will be added anytime soon?

You can still find my implementation at https://github.com/probberechts/kloppy/tree/feat/sync-datasets. It is out-of-sync with the master branch and it does not work out-of-the-box with all data providers (I've only tested it thoroughly with the Metrica data) but you should be able to get it to work if you are willing to spend some time on it.

Eventually I'll try to add it to kloppy or release it as a plugin but currently my focus in on improving the documentation.

I'll close this since it is a duplicate of #61.
