Video Lagging/looks choppy, player controls don't work.

Hello,
Even when copying your example code and using the same video (the bunny video), the video runs in the player very laggy (even with playback speed at different speeds) and skips a lot of frames. The video player controls also don't work. Any idea as to how to fix either of these issues?
