blackbot will place trades with itself forever when at very small pricing values

when priced near 0.00000001 to 0.00000004 area, the bot will make trades with itself until it exhausts the wallet or crashes.

i think this has to do with that if the interval is smaller than one wavetoshi and then it will just keep buying and selling from itself. it should really check to see if it's got any buy's that conflict with any sells and vice versa before creating buys or sells.
