There's limitation in number of messages when I use multi message transaction

It works fine if I put up to 5 messages in a transaction (<=5), but if I set more than 5, it's not doing anything. I can see that block height is being updated. But no last transaction field is being updated and also no changes items.

This can be a problem caused by cosmos sdk .38.4 it can be solved by .38.5.
I will ask this on cosmos sdk channel, thanks for bug report
