Rebinding the framebuffer fails on a NVIDIA gpu.

The gpu successfully passes-though on guest boot but on shutting the guest down the framebuffer doesn't get rebind.

The issue appears regardless of whether is the driver modprobed when rebinding or not.

Also I was able to replicate this by just running the hooks over ssh.
