Provide very short example file for PSL format

So far an example for the portable reader format is missing (read_PSL2R()).

  • Please provide a very short (lowest size possible) example to be stored under inst/extdata.
  • Write a test for the format

External data set is now included along with an updated example in the function doc as well as a new testthat case.
