Add BibTeX file of all function references to package

It would be good to have one major BibTeX file of all function reference entries ('How to cite')
shipped with every release of the package (suggestion by Alice Versendaal).

  • The list should be created every time the package is built
  • The list can be based on the build scripts already developed by @tzerk
