CRAN request data/datalist

These have datalist files in their 'data' subdirectory which are no
longer up-to-date. See below for the differences we find: 'n12' and
'e12' give, respectively, the differences in data set names and
elements from what is currently listed and what should be listed, and
similary n21 and e21 for differences from what should be listed and what
currently is listed.

Can you please bring your datalist files up-to-date by removing them
from your unpacked sources and running R CMD build to re-created them as
necessary?

Please submit new versions of your packages (with increased version
numbers) with up-to-date datalist files as soon as possible.
