Game crashing when I hit a certain point

The game keeps crashing normally I can reload a save and it will be a little before it crashes again but I can't seem to get around it this time. It keeps crashing at the same time no matter what I do. The more I play the more and more often it crashes till I hit this wall. In the crash log it says its this mod but I'm not sure if its conflicting with the other mods.
Mod Version v1.2.7.6 Standard version
I'm on the current game version 1.1.5.21456
