Rename `master` branch to `main`

Okay, before anyone gets into a hissy fit and calls this change "woke" or some BS, Imma let you know that for the majority of our repos, the default branch is called main.

So this should simply be done to bring it in line with the rest of our repos ^^

To avoid issues in launcher, we should keep the master branch around until it's been version gated out. We can just simply omit updating it once changed ^^

Branch has been renamed and a branch called master was created to not break clients still trying to fetch from master.
