Show time and date in built-in notification tray

Show the time (and date) the notification was fired in the tray. Could be useful when e.g. starting a mod download, then alt-tabbing and walking away from your PC and when coming back seeing when it was completed.
Overall not super important but also should not be that hard to implement either.
