How can I not show the summoner spell in europe layout?

I don't want to show the summoner spell in europe layout.
Is there any script like simple layout I can edit to do this?

You can set spellsEnabled to false in backend\config.json and save the file. The UI reflects that change without reloading, so you can show/hide spells whenever needed
