Build unit tests with CMake

Now only several tests are available (and all of them are in not 'tests' package). One can see that maintainer tried to integrate unit tests in CMake build system, but didn't finished it. So, in order to be fearless in refactoring - it is needed to make unit tests work.

Jamfiles are removed, appropriate CMakeLists added. Some tests don't compile, but it is another task
