Is possible to connect with hoverboard motherboard?

Hi.
I've found modificated firmware for hoverboard https://github.com/EmanuelFeru/hoverboard-firmware-hack-FOC. Is possible simple way to connect with this? I mean by output from mega without l298 h bridge to hoverboard motherboard input? Hoverboard firmware have several inputs.
