Conflicting shortcuts

Reconstruct type shortcut R conflicts with hx:Char. Also, while not so important, microcode view shortcut was changed to Ctrl+Shift+M which is still conflicting, now with OpenBookmarks.
These can be resolved by changing to Shift+R and Shift+M respectively.
