Light Devices missing/incorrect 'glow'

As of the current stable RHS build, it seems all light devices (PEQ, MPLS, charge pro, etc..) still don't have a 'glow' for the diode. It seems the charge pro kinda has a diode glow but it's more like a lens flare and not a glow glow. Since I don't know the proper wording here's some reference images. Media 1 is what the PEQ/15 looks like when on. Media 2 is what bacons M300V looks like when on (the vanilla flashlight also looks like this when on). And Media 3 is what the charge pro looks like when on.
