Background

Add an initial set of code snippets in C for both GCC and DDE compilers, to help people starting their own projects in C on RISC OS. Code snippets should be added here under the C section.

Code snippets should be specific for RISC OS coding (so not generic ones).

When completed this task, make sure you open a Pull Request (PR) of your changes to the develop branch and request a review to the code-reviews team.

• Add at least 3 or 4 code snippets that do something useful using SWI or WIMP
