Organise a set of Zoom meetings to share techniques and knowledge on codign on RISC OS.

- Lay down Initial ideas and proposals
- Decide for a possible monthly date/time
- Setup meetings structure
- Organise Zoom (possibly using ROUGOL Zoom)
- Collect people willing to present
