BeamLib.Cbeam3_Asbly_Static gives non-zero Qglobal when zero load is applied

Reproducable in Coupled_NlnStatic when there is no external force. Errors are of the order of floating point (10e-7). First step would be to test the executable in similar situation (zero load) - hhesse?. Then to look in the fortran during SHARPy runtime.
