Very small non-zero numbers out of Cpp_Solver_VLM and Cpp_KJForces

The forces that come out of these methods have very small non-zero values where perhaps zeros should be. Likely due to unitialized memory, likely due to Eigen types. Can lead to weird bugs that are hard to diagnose.
