This is the "old" KDE Display Manager that came with the KDE Plasma4 Desktop Environment isolated from the KDE-Workspace package that it was part of. The intended goal is to reboot it as a Qt5/KF5-based, more traditionally designed greeter alternative to fugly QML-based SDDM .
