Request larger embassy quota

The current quota needs to be adapted to the expected usage. We need to request more instances so that the test environment is more similar to production, potentially more RAM and CPUs too.

To get an idea of the search speed, we could look at the old search database and get some searches that used to time out and fail and run them on the new infrastructure. These searches should complete in <1 minute.
