[Feature]: Improve Help menu links

Describe the Problem
Most of the menu entries in the Help menu link to the website, wiki, or forums, but few of them bring me to where I would expect to go.
Meanwhile, the first two entries (Add Default Tables and Restore Default Images) feel out of place.
The Solution you'd like
For the linked entries:
- Documentation: currently links to https://www.rptools.net/toolbox/maptool/, which is more of a sales pitch than real documentation. It would be better to link to the wiki at https://wiki.rptools.info/. Possibly could use a rename to Wiki, but I do like the more general name Documentation.
- Tutorial: currently links to https://www.rptools.net/tutorials/, which is a "coming soon" stub. Unless there are imminent plans to create a real page here, I propose changing this option to point to https://wiki.rptools.info/index.php/Category:Tutorial, or changing https://www.rptools.net/tutorials/ to redirect there.
- Forums: perfect just the way it is 🙂
- Networking setup: seems fine as-is, but I don't know if the info is up-to-date. I think it woudl be better to link to somewhere in the Wiki instead that can be collaboratively improved with time.
- Macro scripting: currently links to https://wiki.rptools.info/index.php/Main_Page, but should point to an alternative landing page in the Wiki that is dedicated to scripting. E.g., if the "Macro Reference" in the Wiki sidebar were a page, that would be a good page to link.
- Frameworks: seems fine to me.
For the other entries:
- Add Default Tables should be moved to the Tables window, perhaps as a button or perhaps as a content menu entry. Side thought: it's curious that the "default tables" aren't in new campaigns…
- Restore Default Images should be moved to the Library window as a context menu entry.
Alternatives that you've considered.
