F1 Help system doesn't work

The version 0.8.7.1 Beta of DIC, break the help system of Delphi (Rad Studio 10.1 Berlin).
Press the F1 Key doesn't do nothing. Neither when DIC was disable the HELP works. Only uninstalling the DIC, the F1 Help came back to “live”.

To see that do:

  1. Install DIC
  2. Open Rad Studio (a new Project or old one, doesn't matter)
  3. Press F1 key on the Object Inspector, or in the preformed code of the unit,

What happen:
nothing happens.;

What should happen:
Open the help system;

Tested on Windows 10 x64

I have the same problem too. 0.8.7.1 of DIC, Berlin 10.1, Windows 7 x64.
