[MTC] OOZ act 2 cutscene can't be skipped when touching the screen

Well the cutscenes bug was fixed in the mania repo and it works fine in the vanilla game but it doesn't work correctly with MTC enabled since the cutscene can't be skipped here a video with everything as up to date as possible if the v5U doesn't seem to be Current is because I compiled it with visual studio and not cmake ok but I confirm that it is updated since I compiled it today and it also happens in android where the cmake is compiled

clearly there are no other active mods apart from MTC
