Visualizer fails if transit lines are different

We need to update the visualizer to anticipate that scenarios will have different (new) transit lines and that the transit route names between scenarios should not be assumed to be identical. The transit route comparison should just be a list of ridership by line for each scenario in alphabetical order - they should be assumed to be different lists.

The total ridership across all routes should be moved to the left (start of the list) instead of the right, which is the current layout.
