im trying to host on my server and not sure if i need to forward port 8000 on my router to get from outside? also im getting a "Cannot GET /" ....it seemed to install ok??

Hello,

To put the system into production, follow the guide:

https://docs.rpgjs.dev/guide/production.html

Try port 3000. Port 8000 is a local server port, not a production port.
