Files not being generated for delta avg BC

I've tried generating files for the network analysis and have followed the tutorial step by step. but I'm unable to generate files such as mutant_delta_BC_avg.dat and mutant__delta_BC_std_dev.dat. ie the .dat files which needs to be averaged. the surprising part is I'm not getting any error while running the codes. Is it due to the cutoff?? I have taken the default cutoff of 7.
