Problems with the Chat Action

Hi I tried the code to simulate the recommendation process.
But I observe that there might be some issues in the chat action. User David Smith doesn't seem to have the right/clear memory for the movies he watched.

@WennyXY Hi, these errors occasionally arise due to the hallucination of LLM. It could be because David hadn't watched the movie at that time and therefore had no relevant memory.
